Zoe J. Zambetis, age 92, passed away peacefully at her home on March 26, 2021. She was born May 11, 1928 in Wilmington to the late John and Anna Manseur Joannides. She married her childhood friend and love, Paul Zambetis in November of 1952.

Zoe was proud of her Greek heritage. She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church and a former member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where she enjoyed her involvement with the Daughters of Penelope and the Philoptochos Society.  Zoe cherished her many dear friends in each community.

Zoe is survived by her husband of 69 years, Paul Zambetis, her son George Zambetis, her daughter Theone Andreadis, son-in-law Evan Andreadis, granddaughter Cleopatra Andreadis and grandson, George Andreadis.

She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Joannides.

The visitation and services will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Rd., Media, PA 19063 (Middletown Township)

The visitation will begin at 10am with the funeral service at 11am. Private interment will follow the service at Silverbrook Cemetery, where she will be laid to eternal rest.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St George Greek Orthdox Church in Media.
