Obituary
William C. Stewart, Jr., 87, of Aston, died May 20, 2018 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William C. and Theresa Wilson Stewart and resided in Drexel Hill before moving to his late residence 55 years ago.
William was a graduate of Upper Darby High School, class of 1949 and ran the family owned business, Stewart's Grille in Drexel Hill, for 35 years. He was a member of the Church of St. Joseph and the Knights of Columbus, Ava Maria Council.
William was predeceased by his son, Michael Stewart; and his daughter, Cynthia A. "Cyndi" Berghorn.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Grace M. Snyder Stewart; his daughter, Kathie Stewart; also, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014, where friends may call after 10:30 AM.
Burial: Private
