William Vamosi, Jr., 69, of Aston died on January 9, 2022 at Riddle Memorial Hospital.  Born in McKeesport, PA, the son of the late Albert William and Camille Vamosi, he had lived in Pittsburgh before moving to Aston in 1993.

Bill was a graduate of McKeesport High School, class of 1970 and was employed as an electrician at Sun Oil before retiring in 2012.  He was a member of The Church of St. Joseph in Aston and enjoyed golfing and volleyball.

Bill was the husband of 46 years to Nancy Vamosi, father of Adam William Vamosi and Natalie Vamosi, grandfather of Aidan Vamosi, Rayna Vamosi, Anthony Vamosi and Jasmyn Schmidt, and brother of Linda Beech and the late Darlene Taylor.

Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Thursday, January 20, 2022 at The Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Rd., Aston, PA 19014 where relatives and friends may gather from 9:45 to 10:45 AM. Bill's Funeral Mass will be live steamed on our Funeral Home's Facebook Page, Luncheon at Barnaby's 5501 Pennell Road, Media, PA 19063 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.   Burial private.
