Wanda R. Maksimowicz Siekierski, 90 of Chandler, AZ, formerly Eddystone, died April 9, 2011 at her home.

Born in Chester, she lived in Eddystone for 60 years before moving to her late residence two and a half years ago.

Mrs. Siekierski formerly owned and operated Wandie's Delicatessen.
She was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church and the St. Rose Seniors, she also was a volunteer Nurse's Aide at Sacred Heart Hospital, former member of the Eddystone PTA, Band Boosters, Chrysanthemum Society and the Fiesta Club. She was an avid gardener of both vegatables and flowers and loved dancing and traveling.

She was wife of the late Edmund V. Siekierski for 64 years, who died April 18, 2007, daughter of the late Antoni and Jadwiga Wrzesniewski Maksimowicz and sister of the late Walter and Edward Maksimowicz and Sophie Laskowski.

Survivors; children Alexandra "Sandra" Glatthorn (Raymond) of Valpariso, IN, Allan V. Siekierski (Barbara) of Swarthmore, PA and Todd E. Siekierski of Phoenix, AZ, sister Helen Lanahan and grandchildren Matthew, Daniel and Lauren Glatthorn and Adam and Sophia Siekierski.

Funeral Mass 10:00AM Friday, April 15, 2011 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Simpson St. and Chester Pike, Eddystone where friends may call from 9:00 to 9:45AM. Burial Immaculate Heart Cemetery.
