Walter D. Wagner, III, 54 of Brookhaven died August 10, 2014 at his home. Born in Chester, son of the late Walter D., Jr. and Marilyn J. Kessler Wagner, he had previously resided in Chadds Ford for 20 years, but had been a resident of Delaware County for most of his life.
Walter was a graduate of Unionville High School, class of 1978 where he was a member the Drama Club and performed in many school productions, including a leading role in South Pacific. He was a member of St. Paul's P.E. Church and was most recently employed as customer service representative at Trader Joe's in Media. Walter was also an amateur magician and performed shows throughout Delaware County. He enjoyed family gatherings and being with friends and also loved music, he played the organ and trumpet.
Survivors: his brothers; Stephen D. and Eric V. Wagner, nephew Stephen Vaughn Walter Wagner, also aunts and cousins.
