Timothy Quinlan, 75 of Folsom died on August 18, 2024 at his home.  Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Edward and Catherine O'Donnell Quinlan, he lived in East Lansdowne before moving to Folsom nine years ago.
Timothy was a graduate of St. Thomas More High School, class of 1967 and was a proud veteran of the US Air Force having served during the Vietnam War.  He was employed as a Steam Fitter at the University of Pennsylvania for 34 years before retiring in 2011.  Timothy loved animals and was a volunteer at Providence Animal Center and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, but most important was his family especially his cherished grandchildren.
He was the loving husband of 52 years to Martha L. Shadley Quinlan, devoted father of Peter Quinlan, Sharon Pinto (Joseph) and Timothy J. Quinlan (Meghan), cherished Pop Pop of Daniel, Anthony, Caitlin, Alexander, Christina, Ryan and Molly and brother of Edward Quinlan, Pete Quinlan, Alice Spicer and the late James Quinlan and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass 10 AM Friday, August 23, 2024 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 9 AM.  Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
