Thomas Forsyth, Jr., MD, JD

Age 77 of Bensalem passed away on March 6, 2024.

Tom was the son of the late Thomas and Gwendolen Forsyth (née Fielder) of Philadelphia, PA. Loving father of Gwendolen Modesti Adams (Paul) and cherished grandfather of Thomas, John and James Modesti. Predeceased by his beloved sister Gwendolen Hurley (Bernie) and son-in-law, Paul J. Modesti, Esquire. Survived by longtime companion Carol Moser, former spouse Alice Forsyth, MD, two nieces and three nephews.

Born on May 18, 1946, in Chestnut Hill, Tom was a graduate of Saint Joseph's Preparatory School and, at the time, Saint Joseph's College.  He earned his MD at Thomas Jefferson Medical College and JD at Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Tom served the Huntingdon Valley community for thirty (30) years as an emergency medicine specialist at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, PA.

Funeral Mass 10 AM Saturday, April 6, 2024, at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tom may be made to your charity of choice.
