Thomas J. Glatts, 28, a lifelong resident of Aston died on April 7, 2024.
Thomas was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 2014 where he was a member of the ROTC Junior Corps. He was employed as a Corporal Security Guard at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, King of Prussia campus for the last three years and had previously worked at Aston Beverage. Thomas was a member of the Church of St. Joseph and the Camp Buckhorn Hunting and Sportsman Association. He was an avid reader and enjoyed anime, DC Comics and playing World of Warcraft. Thomas also loved food, spending time with family, IPA beers and making people laugh.
He was the son of John F. Glatts, Jr. and Megan A. Buchanan Glatts, brother of Casey Glatts and Luke Glatts, and is also survived by his maternal grandparents Michael Buchanan (Ellen) and Catherine Matrone Buchanan, his paternal grandmother Mary Hayes Glatts and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather John F. Glatts, Sr.
A celebration of his life will be held from 1-5 PM on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Pheonix Room, 1661 Mill Rd., Upper Chichester, PA 19061.
Memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society ( https://donate.cancer.org/ ) or the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia ( https://give2.chop.edu/ would be appreciated. In addition friends and family are invited to bring toys and children's board games to the celebration of life that will be donated in Thomas' memory.
