Terrance Darcius Moore, 55, of Woodlyn died April 7, 2016 at Pennsylvania Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of John Moore Sr., and the late Marion Lindsay Moore and was one of a family of seven siblings.



Terrance attended and graduated from West Philadelphia High School. He furthered his education by attending and receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from the former Beaver College (Arcadia University.) Terrance went on to enjoy a rewarding and successful career as a senior scientist for GlaxoSmithKline. He was also a minister who was devoted to his faith.




He is preceded in death by his baby brother, Dana and baby sister, Shawn.




Terrance leaves to celebrate his life his wife, Janet Moore; daughter, Janel Moore; sister, Rennie Moore; brother, John Jr.; stepbrother, Vanell; sisters-in-law, Belinda and Lynda; nephew, Skeet; godson, Ronald Draper; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.




Funeral Service: 10:30 AM Friday, April 15, 2016 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078, where friends may call after 9:30 AM.




Burial: Eastlawn Cemetery
