Suzanne J. Hickey Sweeney 64 of Ridley Park, died on November 1, 2018 at Crozer Keystone Hospice at Taylor.

Born in Upper Darby, Suzanne has been a lifelong resident of Ridley Park.

She was a skilled hairdresser at Alberto's Hair Salon in Ridley Park, where she enjoyed engaging with her clients and hearing about their lives.
Suzanne was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and was graduate of Notre Dame High School, Class of 1971 and the Venus Beauty School.

She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and gardening but most important to her was her family. Her favorite activity by far was playing with her granddaughters.

She was the daughter of the late Roy D. Hickey, Sr. and sister of the late Dianne J. McCollum.

Suzanne is survived by her daughters Jaclyn A. Cuozzo (Michael) and Colleen M. Seddon (Raymond); her mother Helen Brownlee Hickey; her siblings Roy D. Hickey, Jr. (Sherry), Thomas M. Hickey (Linda), David J. Hickey (Shelley), Carol A. Fortunato (Michael) and Deborah A. Jaskot (William); her former husband John W. Sweeney; also survived by her grandchildren Kathryn, Sarah, Grace, and Molly, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass 10:00AM Friday, November 9, 2018 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call 8:45 to 9:45AM.

Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
