Susan C. Moon 61 of Brookhaven, died on August 19, 2016 at her home.
Born in Chester, Susan lived in Chester Township before moving to her late residence 17 years ago.
Susan was a member of Our Lady of Charity R.C. Church. She was a graduate of Holy Child Academy, class of 1972 and a member of their Alumni. Susan loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed sewing.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, William S. Moon; her children, Larry Moon (Teresa), Michele Stamm (Late George), Nicholas Moon and Jenna Moon-Emery (Justin); her grandchildren, Alyssa Moon, Samantha Moon, Jacob Stamm, Dylan Stamm, Jaden Emery and Joyenne Emery; also her cousins and caregivers, Virginia McCarty and Maria Vargas-Koury.
Funeral Service and burial will be private.
