Sue Ann Mercadante (née McNeill), 70, of Ridley Park, died April 28, 2024. Born in Bryn Mawr, the daughter of the late James and Madeline Mills McNeill, she lived in Folsom before moving to Ridley Park 40 years ago.

Sue was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1972, a member of The Church of St. Madeline, and was employed by Keller Williams Real Estate before retiring in 2022. She loved cats, traveling, cooking and baking, but above all, the Phillies. Sue also enjoyed entertaining, but the most important part of her life was her husband and daughters.

She was the loving wife of 47 years to Thomas J. Mercadante, mother of Jill Nicholson (Clay) and Lauren Mercadante (Jonathan Haas), sister of Judy Medori (Joe), Jim McNeill, and the late Jackie Gardner. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Janet Copriviza, brother-in-law Pat Gardner, and many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 6, 2024, at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park. Relatives and friends may call from 9:45 to 10:45 AM. Burial private.
