Steven Butler, 60 of Prospect Park died suddenly on July 17, 2025. Born in Darby, he was the son of the late John and Mary Clemens Butler.

Steve was a graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, class of 1983. Steve was a devoted family man who lived a simple life. He loved boating on the Indian River and camping at Tuckahoe Acres during the summers as well as taking that once a year trip to St Thomas in the winter.
For the past 30 years he owned and operated Butler & Company Condominium Maintenence Company, working alongside his daughter, grandson and other family members.

He was the husband of 40 years to Tina Rouse Bulter, father of Kristen Butler (Joe Bremme), Wendy Butler-Ruane (Ryan), Esther Pusey (Chris) and Amanda Butler-Ciafre (Nick), grandfather of Dylan Canavin, Jake Canavin, Mason Canavin, Finn Ryan Ruane, Giuliana Ciafre and Lucy Ciafre, and brother of Teresa Tobin (Joe), Eric Butler (Kim) and the late John Butler Jr. He leaves behind his beloved family, along with niece's, nephews and many special friends that have become family.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 10-11 AM on Monday, July 28, 2025 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park.
