Stella M. Radewonuk

Stella M. Radewonuk, 78 of Seaford, DE died on September 1, 2026 at her home. Born in Chester, the daughter of the late Walter and Frances Belczyk Radewonuk, she had lived in Laurel, DE before moving to Seaford ten years ago.

Stella was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1965 and had attended Sleepers Business College and Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing. Before her retirement in 2002, she had been employed as a secretary at Red Clay Consolidated School District and had previously worked as a Data Entry Operator Supervisor at Alico. Stella was a former member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church. Stella was a very giving person and loved animals, her hobbies included crocheting, needlepoint and embroidery. Stella also loved gardening, pulling weeds and getting her hands dirty.

She was the mother of the late Theresa, David and Andrea Space, grandmother of Sean Space, Patrick Richard and David Cupery, great-grandmother of Ariel as well as many adopted grandchildren. She was also the sister of Susan Moehrle (Jack) and the late Walter A. Radewonuk, Jr., Kenneth Radewonuk, Helen Radewonuk, Catherine Frank and Linda Lightcap. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Liturgy 11 AM Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where a visitation will begin at 10 AM. Burial SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
