Stella Macricostas Miller, 86 of Brookhaven died August 12, 2013 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

Born in Nikea Piraeus, Greece, Stella came to the United States in 1945 and settled in Chester, living there until moving to her late residence 55 years ago.

She was a Machine Engineer at Olympic Tool and Machine Corporation for 34 years and previously worked at Ship N Shore.

Stella was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church. She was also a professional seamstress who enjoyed crocheting, cooking, gardening and knitting. She especially enjoyed traveling abroad, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Stella was wife of the late George S. Miller, her husband of 51 years who died in 2001; daughter of the late Elias and Maria Manousou Macricostas and sister of the late Demetrios, Caliope and Stephanos Macricostas.

Survivors; daughters Maria Kaffes (George) and Victoria Melton (Gregory); grandchildren Andrew, Peggy, Jacklyn, Jaime and Stephanie; also her great grandchildren Maria, David, Stella, Andrew, Emma and Mia.

Funeral Service 11:00AM Friday August 16, 2013 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Road, Media, PA 19063 (Middletown Township) where friends may call after 10:00AM Burial Chester Rural Cemetery.
