Sophie L. Cichocki Draper, 89 of Woodlyn, died July 29, 2013 at Taylor Hospice Residence.
Born in Chester and reared in Crum Lynne, she has lived in Woodlyn for the past 62 years.
Sophie was last employed as a Blade Coordinator for Boeing Co. and previously was an Oil Painter for Koliniskis Studio in Chester, a shop clerk for Baldwin Lima Hamilton Locomotive and an Administrative Clerk in the Ridley Township Tax Office.
She was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church and was a woman devoted to her family. Sophie was known for her excellent baking and cooking skills.
Sophie was wife of the late Milton E. Draper, Jr., her husband of 27 years, who died in 1975; mother of the late Kenneth P. Draper who died in 2005. She is also predeceased by six siblings.
Survivors: her children Milton J. Draper and Dee Wills (George); her grandchildren George Wills (Christine), Sean, Brent and Ian Draper and great grandchildren Jack, Cole and Kaci Wills and Aurora Draper; her sister in law Margaret Nelson; her dear friend Sharon Oettel and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass 10:00AM Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA. Visitation 8:30 to 9:15AM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
