Sara E. Harbold Salvatore, 83, formerly of Aston, died July 1, 2013 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center. Born in Mount Carmel, she was daughter of the late Walter and Esther Kessler Harbold.
Mrs. Salvatore was a founding member and former Sunday School Teacher at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. She loved playing cards and going to the casinos with her friends and family. Sara enjoyed her time with the Village Green Mobile Home Social Club and she will be remembered as a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.
She was wife of the late Russell A. Salvatore who died July 29, 1995 after 45 years of marriage, and sister of the late Robert Harbold and Dorothy Morton, also predeceased by Eleanor Harbold who was like a mother to Sara.
Survivors: her sons Michael A. Salvatore (Robin), Ronald A. Salvatore (Alicia) and David W. Salvatore (Laura); brother Paul Harbold (Anne); grandchildren Todd, Scott (Stephanie), Daniel and Nicholas Salvatore.
Graveside service will be held 11 AM Friday at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, RR#2 Box 484, Annville, PA 17003
