Samuel Settimio Quinzi

Samuel "Sammy" Settimio Quinzi, 62, a lifelong resident of Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 31, 2026, at The Belvedere Center.

Sammy was a graduate of Saint James Catholic School for Boys, Class of 1981. He was a loyal member of IBEW Local 654; he was proud of the trade and the union brotherhood that came with it. Outside of work, Sammy could be found at Drexeline Billiards Club, where he loved playing pool and spending time with friends.

Sammy was a beloved son, a cherished nephew, and deeply loved by his many cousins. He is survived by his mother, Dolores Catanese Quinzi, and was preceded in death by his father, Samuel J. Quinzi, who passed away on December 2, 2025.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sammy's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research at www.michaeljfox.org/
