Samuel Petrone, 67, died on May 10, 2023 at his home.  Born in Chester, the son of the late Angelo and Mary M. Sabot Petrone, he was a lifelong resident of Delaware County, and had called Aston his home for the past 45 years.

Sam was a graduate of Sun Valley High School, class of 1973.  He had been previously employed as a baler operator for several years at Hubing Business Forms in King of Prussia, and was more recently a driver for Pizza Hut before retiring in 2020.  Sam enjoyed going to the beach, watching movies and hanging out with his brother Carmen and their friend Gary.

He was brother of Carmen Petrone and the late Josephine A. "Josie" Ott, Ann Jernigan and Mary Ann Springer, uncle of Michelle Sadler (Allen) and Mark A. Petrone (Cindy), and great-uncle of Marissa, Lauren and Christopher Palmer, Jr. and Victoria, Joseph and Jacob Petrone.

Funeral Liturgy 1 PM Monday, May 15, 2023 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston where relatives and friends may call after 12 Noon.  Burial Lawn Croft Cemetery.
