Sally M. Savage, 86, of Eddystone died on March 11, 2023 at her home.  Born in Sharon, CT, the daughter of the late Edmond and Gladys O'Brien, she had been a resident of Eddystone for 54 years.

Sally was a secretary at the Delaware County Court House for 15 years and previously worked at the former Sun Shipbuilding Company (later named Penn Ship).

After her retirement she was a Bus Aide for the Ridley School District.

She was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church where she was formerly an Eucharistic Minister and the Eddystone Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.  She loved to play BINGO. She was an avid Philadelphia Sports Fan. She was the happiest when spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved sitting on her porch and swinging on her swing. She will be remembered most for her infectious laugh.

Sally was the loving wife of the late John V. "Jack" Savage, her husband of 49 years, who died in 2007; mother of the late Jacqueline A. Savage; grandmother of the late Daniel Savage and sister of the late Edmond O'Brien.

She is survived by her daughters Sally M. Hunt (Ronald) and Kathie A. Conner (Late Bill); her siblings Patricia Tracey (Paul) and Michael O'Brien; her grandchildren Ronald Hunt, Joseph Conner, Jennifer McAlpin (Chadd), Kerri Green (Late Marquis), Jacklyn Hunt (Nick). Twelve great grandchildren. Alyssa, Paige, Ian, Adriana, Greenlee, Cassidy, Mason, Colton, Kailey, Kaden, Layla, Cyrus and one great great, grandchild Josephine.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours are 9:15-10:15am Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30AM Thursday, March 16, 2023 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA. Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
