Rose Marie Torelli

Rose Marie Torelli (nee Vecchio), 90 a longtime resident of Ridley Township died on May 22, 2026. Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rosa Cresta Vecchio.

Rose was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1954 and had been employed as a Billing Clerk at Crozer Chester Medical Center before her retirement in 2006. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church and prayed the rosary daily. She enjoyed cooking, especially Italian meals for her family. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting and sewing, but most important was her family, especially her cherished grandchildren.

She was the mother of Lorraine Tracy (Joseph), Linda Torelli and Stephen Torelli (Kelly), grandmother of Joseph Tracy, Daniel Tracy, Lauren Tracy and the late Matthew Tracy and she was the sister of the late Pasquale Vecchio, Felicia Guarente, Virgina Varalli, Joseph Vecchio and Julia Novatka.

A Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11 AM on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where relatives and friends may call after 10 AM. Burial will follow is SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
