Rose L. Martin 88 of Aston died June 2, 2016.
Born in Johnstown, PA, she lived in Baltimore before moving to Aston in 1962. She was a LPN at Riddle Memorial Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 1996 and previously worked at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Rose was a member of The Church of St. Joseph. She was a graduate of Johnstown High School and was a selfless person who was an avid Phillies fan and loved gardening and cooking. Most important to her was taking care of her home and her devotion to her family.
Rose was the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Pawlat Zagrodnick and was the last of nine siblings.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey J. Martin, Laura A. Martin and Paula J. Martin (David Filiaggi).
