Rosaria (Pesacane) Juliano, 77 of Ridley Township died on July 18, 2021. Born in Naples, Italy, daughter of the late Luigi Pesacane and Assunta Troiano, she moved to the United States in 1973, settling in Crum Lynne where she lived until moving to Folsom in 2001. She was affectionately known as "Mamma J", "Nonna" and "Rosalie".
Rosaria was an elementary school teacher while living in Italy. In the United states, she worked briefly at Fair Acres nursing home, tutored Italian to friends and family, and worked as a seamstress at Augustine Tailor Shop in Chester. She was a member of St. Madeline Church, and was a former member of St. Rose of Lima Church where she sang in the choir for many years. She was also a member of The Sports Club of Woodlyn where she loved to exercise often. Rosaria was immensely proud of her Italian culture and heritage. She loved cooking, laughing often, and being with her family always, especially with her beautiful and much-loved grandchildren.
Rosaria is survived by her daughter; Rose Assunta Patton (Sam), her grandchildren; Adriana and Massimo Patton. Rosaria is also survived by her sister Anna Maria Varriale in Italy. Rosaria was sister of the late Rita Scuter in Italy.
Visitation Sunday, July 25th 6:00-8:00 PM at White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park. Additional visitation Monday, July 26th 9:15-10:15 AM at St. Madeline Church, 400 Morton Avenue, Ridley Park, followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Entombment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery. All are welcome.
