Rosalind R. Miller

Rosalind R. Miller (nee Frank), 94 of Oxford died on October 19, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late Herman and Emily Haussler Frank, she had lived in Folsom and Earleville, MD before moving to Oxford in 2021.

Rosalind was a graduate of Dobbins Vocational School, class of 1950 and worked alongside her husband Jack as a bookkeeper. She was a member of St. Paul's U.M. Church in Earleville where she volunteered with the Baby Layette Program and the Bazaar. Rosalind was also a member of Cecilton Lioness Club and volunteered with Christmas Charities, Daffodil Day, Mount Harmon's Plantation and the Cecilton Library.

She was the loving wife of the late John R. Miller., Jr., mother of Clifford R. Miller (Kellie) and Raymond F. Miller (Amy), grandmother of Matthew C. Miller, Megan N. Miller, Haley E. Matos (Danny) and the late Nicholas R. Miller and Daniel R. Miller, great-grandmother of Jack Matos, she is also survived by her sister Marie Cundiff.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026 in the Vista Ridge Pavillon at Ware Presbyterian Village,1162 Kensington Lane, Oxford, PA. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM followed by a Service from 10-11 AM and a luncheon after the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St. Paul's U.M. Church, 168 West Main Street, P.O. Box 326, Cecilton, MD 21913 would be appreciated.
