Ronald M. Cellinesi, 74, of Milmont Park, died December 19, 2011 at Taylor Hospital.
Born in Ridley Township, he lived in several places before returning to his late residence. Mr. Cellinesi was a graduate of Ridley Township High School and was employed by Great Lakes Dredging and Dock.
Ron was a Philadelphia Sports Fan, enjoyed music, dancing, keeping up with current events, gardening, cooking, animals and being on the water. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family, friends and his beloved Bella and Gizmo. Ron will always be remembered as a good listener and advisor.
He was the son of the late Gaetano and Antoinette Cocchi Cellinesi and brother of the late Gaetano Cellinesi, Jr., Dolores Edwards and Joseph Cellinesi.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Diane Phillips Cellinesi, his children Tina Anderson (Bruce), Dianna Lynn Cellinesi, Melanie Schultz (James), Ronald Cellinesi, II, Steven Cellinesi (Christina), Dawn Cellinesi (Will), John Talley (Christina) and Michael Cellinesi (Sandie), and his sister Mary Garling. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Connie Phillips, nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his former wife Marge Talley.
Funeral Mass: 10 AM Friday at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church, 208 Milmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA
Visitation: 6 to 9 PM Thursday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park and 9 to 9:45 AM Friday at the church.
Burial: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill
