Robin Ann McGowan Twaddell, 45, of Ridley Park passed away peacefully on April 29, 2017 at Crozer Keystone Hospice at Taylor. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she moved to her late residence 11 years ago.


Robin graduated from St. Monica School and Saint Maria Goretti High School, class of 1989. She was employed as an Accountant for the University of Pennsylvania for 17 years and previously worked for Commonwealth Land Title. Robin was a member of the Church of St. Madeline and formerly St. Monica R.C. Church. Robin was active at IceWorks Skating Club and Janice's Danceworks.

Robin loved animals, and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially of the Philadelphia Flyers.

ichael R. Twaddell, her husband of 17 years: cherished mother of Alexandra Twaddell; daughter of Gaytin Scafisi McGowan; sister of Jennifer Ippolito (Edward); niece of Fred and Rhonda Scafisi and the late Anna Marie Scafisi; and special friend of Kellianne Eckert and Patricia McAlorum.


Funeral Mass: 1:30 PM Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078


Visitation: 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday and 12:00 Noon-1:00 PM Friday at St. Madeline's Church
