Robert K. Sutton, 86, of Glenolden died January 17, 2020 at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Harry D. and Florence Grant Sutton and resided in Chester before moving to his late residence 20 years ago.

Robert was employed by Scott Paper Co. for ten years and previously worked for Sun Shipbuilding & Drydock. He served in the Delaware Army National Guard and was a member of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church. Robert was a former member of the Moose Club and the Delaware City Volunteer Fire Company. He loved bowling, was an avid Phillies fan and played semi pro football, but most important was his family.

Robert was predeceased by his granddaughters, Colleen Wright and Missi Wright; and his siblings, Fred Sutton, Ray Sutton, Clarence Sutton, Helen Enz and Jan Sutton.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret M. Cassidy Sutton; his daughters, Catherine M. Pohle (Uwe) and Vicki M. Roux (Arthur); seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 AM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA 19022, where relatives and friends may call from 8:45-9:45 AM.

Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery
