Of Voorhees, NJ. Father of Renee E. Russell, Suzanne M. Jenkins (Gary), and the late Robert S. "Steven" Russell, Jr. Grandfather of Jenna and Jasmine Jenkins. Brother of Nellie and Lydia Robertson and Waldamer Russell. Also survived by his former wife Lilly Taylor.
