1940-2020

Robert D. Roach, 79, of Prospect Park, died April 23, 2020 at home. He was the son of the late Elwood and Mattie Baile Roach.

Robert was a graduate of Ridley High School and retired as the Chief of Police for Upland Police Department. During his retirement, he enjoyed working at St. Rosa Lima Church Eddystone for many years.

Robert was predeceased by his wife, Shirley A. (Horne) Roach and his brothers, E. William Roach, Jr., Kenneth J. James and Charles R. Roach.

He is survived by his daughter Jennifer L. Masci (Mark Masci), his grandson Ethan W. LaSalle, granddaughter Olivia G. Masci and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
