Robert T. McNamee 75 of West Grove, died on April 26, 2018 at Christiana Hospital.

Born in Ridley Park, he lived in Brookhaven until moving to his late residence in 1992.

He was a Machinist at Boeing Company for 20 years, retiring in 2015.

Bob was member of St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church and a graduate of St. James High School, class of 1961. He loved music and played bass, wrote songs and sang with The Tropics for 50 years.

Bob loved the beaches in Ocean City and Wildwood Crest but most important to him was his family.

He was husband of the late Marianne McManus McNamee, his wife of 48 years, who died in 2017; son of the late Alfred and Veronica King McNamee and brother of the late Paul and Frank McNamee.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Adrianne McNamee and Megan Givey (Dave); his brothers Alfred McNamee (late Marie) and Jim McNamee (Bunny) also his grandchildren Colton, Kyle, Jack Givey and Isabella Cerullo.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Friday, May 4, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales R.C. Church, 35 New Road, Aston where friends may call after 10:00AM. Burial Private.
