Obituary

Robert D. "Bob" Gallo, of Norwood died May 12, 2017 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, son of the late Raymond and Lucy Ranalli Gallo, he lived in South Philadelphia before moving to his late residence.

Bob attended South Philadelphia High School prior to entering the U.S. Navy, he received the World War II Victory Medal during his service. He was previously employed at the Philadelphia Inquirer and last worked as an Installer for Belmont Doors. Bob loved golf, his dogs and classic black and white movies, but most important were Friday Nights with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was brother of the late Louis Gallo, Raymond Gallo and Lucy D'Angelo

Bob is survived by his wife of 31 years, Debbie DelVecchio Gallo; his children Andre Gallo (Felicia), Gina Parcell (Adam), Adrienne Masticola (Patrick), John Gallo (Rita) and Robert Gallo, also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Funeral Service 11 AM Wednesday at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 535 Lamp Post Lane, Aston, PA 19014 where friends may call 9:45 to 10:45 AM. Burial Mount Hope Cemetery.
