Of Morton, PA. Husband of Margaret J. "Peggy" Charles (nee Walker), father of Robert L. Charles and Melinda J. Waldman (Denny). Brother of Patrick M. Charles, Jr., and the late Paul P. Charles, James F. Charles, Sr. and Maurice L. Charles.
Funeral service 10 AM Friday, February 6, 2009 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park, PA 19078. Visitation 7 to 9 PM Thursday and after 9 AM Friday at the funeral home. Burial Edgewood Memorial Park.
