Robert E. "Bob" Bellwoar, 85 of West Chester and formerly of East Lansdowne died November 7, 2014 at the Prospect Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Philadelphia, he was son of the late William and Frances Kelly Bellwoar,
Mr. Bellwoar a U.S. Army Veteran. He was last employed as a driver for Community Transit and had previously worked for Canteen Vending. He was a member of the Reilly Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps and enjoyed playing in and going to competitions. Known as "a Mr. Fix-it", Bob loved fixing things and renovating his home.
He was grandfather of the late Gregory J. Piekarski and brother of the late Thomas, William and Richard Bellwoar.
Survivors: his wife of 58 years, Patricia A. "Patsy" Krall Bellwoar, children; Linda M. Piekarski (Stanley), Robert E. Bellwoar, Jr. (Annette) and Richard T. Bellwoar (Jeanne), also eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: 10 AM Wednesday at St. Cyril of Alexandria R.C. Church, 153 Penn Blvd., East Lansdowne, PA where friends may call 9 to 9:45 AM. Burial: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
