Richard R. "Richie" Sinni 79 of Swarthmore, a devoted husband, father and grandfather, died on March 18, 2014 at home. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Southwest Philadelphia before moving to his late residence 14 years ago. Richie was last employed by ABB Company, formerly ITE Company in Philadelphia. He was a member of Notre Dame deLourdes R.C. Church and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

He was father of the late Richard R. Sinni, Jr. who died in 1990, son of the late Joseph and Mary Colaberdino Sinni and brother of the late Marianna Milanese, Carmella Gorman, John, Anthony, George and Joseph Sinni.

Survivors: his wife of 59 years, Patricia Dettmann Sinni; daughters Deborah Sinni, Michelle Lippre (Anthony) and Joan Campbell (Joseph); grandchildren Patricia, Vincent, Richard, Nicholas and Ryan: great grandchildren Michelle, Sinnia and Arianna : also his siblings Madeline Taylor, Rita McCall and Ronald Sinni.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Saturday at Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church, Fairview Rd. and Michigan Ave., Swarthmore where friends may call from 9 to 10:45AM.

Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
