Richard A. "Rich" Parker, 63, of Aston, died November 12, 2018 at his home. Born in Chester, he resided in Brookhaven before moving to his late residence in 1999.

Rich was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1974 and RETS Electronics. He was employed by Independence Blue Cross and loved golfing, but most important was his family and his cherished son, Kevin.

Rich was predeceased by his father, Samuel W. Parker.

He was the husband of Deborah Emanuel Parker, his wife of 36 years; father of Kevin Jude Parker; son of Marion Davis Parker; brother of Samuel W. Parker, Jr. (Rosemary), Cliff Parker (LiLi) and Wayne Parker; and brother-in-law of Denise Sliker (Kenny); also survived by four nephews and two nieces.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 AM Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Church of St. Joseph, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014, where relatives and friends may call from 9:00-10:00 AM.

Burial: St. Michael's Cemetery
