Of Wallingford, PA. Husband of the late Dolores A. Lingle (nee Daniels), survived by his wife Carol M. Lingle (nee McDonald), father of Susan McCray, Richard L. Lingle, Vivian O'Shea, Marjorie Connor, Carol Ann Duffy, Patricia DeSantis, Michael Connelly and Diane Connelly. Brother of Charlotte Cooney, Shirley Parks and Robert Royer. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-granchildren.

Funeral Mass 11 AM Friday, October 2, 2009 at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church, 617 S. Providence Road, Wallingford. Visitation 9:15 to 10:15 AM at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park. Burial private.
