Richard J. Gownly, 67, a lifelong resident of Delaware County died on December 1, 2021.  Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Thomas J. and Anne Powers.

Richard was a graduate of Collingdale High School, class of 1972.  He enjoyed being with his many friends, especially Jerry and Wanda.  He also loved Westerns and a good time.

He was brother of the late Thomas J. Gownley, Jr. and Anita Coffman and is survived by his sister Lynda J. Vitale and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
