Raymond G. Kirchdoerfer, 75, of Aston died August 29, 2016 at his home. Born in Hazleton, PA, he was the son of the late George and Leornora Faux Kirchdoerfer and resided in Marshallton, DE before moving to his late residence 47 years ago.

Raymond was a graduate of Conrad High School, class of 1959 and served in the US Navy on the USS Intrepid. He was employed by General Chemical for 30 years before retiring in 2003 and was a member of Mount Hope UM Church. Raymond was a life member of the American Legion Post #926 Green Ridge and the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and going to Ray's place in Bradford Co., but most important was time with his family.

Raymond was predeceased by his wife of 39 years, Joan Edler Kirchdoerfer, who died February 20, 2001

Survivors: father of Daniel R. Kirchdoerfer (Tricia); grandfather of Nathan and Karli Kirchdoerfer; also survived by his special friend, Liz Ward.

Visitation: 7:00-9:00 PM Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014.
