Of Essington, PA. Husband of the late Gladys P. Slatten (nee Cook), father of Sherian I. Lappin and Ralph L. Slatten, Jr. (Nannette) Brother of Kathleen Bogart. Grandfather of Donald Lappin (Bernadette), Doug Lappin (Lisa), and Kris Kingsbury (Michael). Also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Funeral service 10:30 Wednesday April 7, 2010 at the Chapel at Arlington Cemetery, 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Vistation 6:30 to 8:30 PM Tuesday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park and Wednesday 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the chapel. Burial Arlington Cemetery.
