Ralph P. Hayden, Jr., 90, of Springfield, died October 27, 2018 at the Residence at Glen Riddle. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Ralph Paul, Sr. and Rose Mellon Hayden and resided in Folcroft before moving to Springfield 47 years ago.

Ralph served in the US Army during WWII and loved rebuilding and repairing clocks. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, gardening, doing repairs around the house and watching Disney movies, but most important was his family.

Ralph was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, Elsie M. Ferguson Hayden, who died September 9, 2017; and his sons, Wayne Hayden and William Hayden.

He was the father of Ralph P. Hayden, III (April) and Colleen A. Larkin (Timothy); and grandfather of Michelle, Ashley, Tessa, Dawn, Shawn (Joanna), Travis, Tara (Matt), Brandyn (Liz), Craig and Trevor (Maggie); also, survived by four great grandchildren.

Burial: Edgewood Memorial Park
