Phyllis “Fee” Jean Troxell-Colgan, 66, a South Philadelphia native and longtime Glenolden resident, died suddenly on January 13, 2026.
Born February 23, 1959, to Elwin C. and Frances C. (née D'Addio) Fielding, Fee was a loving mother who found joy in cooking, gardening, and crafting. She was known for her Italian cooking and ability to solve problems for people by force of will.
She shared 30 years with her husband, Eric Colgan. She is also survived by her children, Jason, Johnna, Martha-Jane, and Michael; by her siblings, Toni, Phil, and Stephanie; and by her 6 grandchildren. She is further survived by her beloved dogs, Moose and Chevy, and her cats, Trouble and Sadie.
A Celebration of Fee's Life will take place at 3 PM on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park where relatives and friends may attend her visitation after 2 PM.
