Phillip F. Impriano, 53 of Ridley Park passed away on January 4, 2025 at his home, following a yearlong battle with Pancreatic Cancer.    Born in Darby, the son of Phillip V. and Caroline Faust Impriano, he lived in Folcroft before moving to Ridley Park in 1983.

Phillip was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1989, and attended Delaware County Community College.  He was employed as a warehouse manager for the past 3 years at SK Pharmteco, and previously employed for over a decade at Caterpillar.

For many years outside of work, Phil could be found coaching soccer with Ridley United Soccer Club, or football with the Ridley Park Athletic Club.  He played Dek Hockey on multiple teams over the last 20 years, but his beloved Dolan's Team was by far and away his favorite.  Phil also played in the Rough Touch Football League for many years.  In addition to his sports endeavors, he enjoyed improv and was an original member of the Bits & Pieces team at the Players Club, as well as several teams at the Philly Improv Theater. Prior to Covid, he even spent time working at Murder Mystery Parties, and later returned to Community Theatre, most notably playing the role of Jean Shepard in A Christmas Story.

Phil loved all things Batman, comics, Halloween, Philly Sports and Van Halen, and had more trivia knowledge than should be allowed to one human.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Jennifer Shemeld Impriano, his children Gabrielle Impriano (Philip Vecchiolli), Amaya Impriano and Phillip T. Impriano, his siblings Eric Impriano (Carla) and Aubrey Lauer (Justin). He is also survived by a plethora of aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as nieces and nephews.  Phillip also leaves behind an army of friends, and his dogs Virginia, Oswald and his baby, Petunia.

A celebration of Phillip's life will take place on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 12-3 PM at the Lazaretto Ballroom, 99 Wanamaker Ave., Essington followed by a luncheon.
