Of Norwood, survived by his longtime companion Clare M. Smith Gorbey. Father of Mary Jean Simms, Peter Thomas Ross, III, Patricia A. Drucker (Phil), Debra Matthews (Bill), Robert Gorbey (Janet) and Laurie McIlhenney. Brother of William C. Ross, Marie A. Rightnour, Daniel J. Ross and the late Mabel Jean Ross. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and his former wife Jean Marie Buffington Ross.

Funeral service 10 AM Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Norwood U.M. Church, 315 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074.
