Formerly of Cheyney, PA. Wife of the late Thomas C. Valentine, mother of James W. Valentine, Sr. (Nancy) and Patricia Valentine, grandmother of James W. Valentine, Jr. and Rebecca Barton (Ron), great-grandmother of Michael, Nicholas and Matthew Barton. Sister and sister-in-law of Mary Jane and William O'Doherty with whom she shared a deep closeness and who the family would like to thank for all of their help and support. Also sister of the late William J. Irving, Thomas Luttrell and Charles Luttrell. Pat is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who were very compassionate and caring.

We are also greatful to Forwood Manor and Compassionate Care of Delaware for their support and the exceptional care which they provide.

Funeral mass 10:30AM Thursday, June 12, 2008 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Chester Heights where friends may call after 9:30AM. Burial in the adjoining church cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Friends of Old St. Thomas Church at the above address.
