Patricia Ann McElwee 78 of Milmont Park, died on May 17, 2023. She was born in Darby. and lived in Yeadon until moving to her late home 51 years ago.

Patricia retired in 2011 from the Ridley School District where she was employed as an Administrative Assistant.

She was a graduate of the School of the Holy Child, class of 1963 and a member of Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C. Church.

Patty enjoyed scratching off Lottery tickets, watching Fox News, Law and Order and reading People Magazine.

She also enjoyed summers spent in Margate, NJ and Northeast, Maryland but was happiest when entertaining and feeding family and friends. Most important to her was her family.

Patty was predeceased by her parents, the late Patrick and Rita O'Connor Boyle and sisters, Mary Theresa and Carol Ann Boyle.

She was the wife of Harry J. McElwee (54 years); mother of Kimberly Henkel (Harry) and Jennifer McElwee (George Schlipf), grandmother of Jeffrey Dugan Jr., Olivia, Nadia and Harrison Henkel, Lindsey and Laci Cammarota.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Saturday, May 20. 2023 at Notre Dame de Lourdes R.C Church, Fairview Road and Michigan Ave..
