Obituary

Patricia A. Mea Dickey, 78, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2020 at her home in Maris Grove.  Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Catherine D. McKinney Mea and resided in New Castle, DE before moving to her residence in Glen Mills in September 2011.

Patricia was a graduate of Notre Dame de Lourdes, class of 1960 and Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1963.  She was employed by Crozer Chester Medical Center for 38 years before retiring in 2007.  Patricia was a member of St. John Chrysostom R.C. Church, the Maris Grove Bowling League and enjoyed gardening and traveling but most important to her was her family and many friends.

She is the loving mother of Jeffrey A. Dickey and his wife, Genevieve; cherished grandmother of Alexandra and Brian; sister of Joan McHugh and John B. Mea (Karen); also, survived by three nieces, six nephews and their families.

Funeral Mass to be held at10:30 AM Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at St. John Chrysostom R.C. Church, 617 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA 19086, where relatives and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:15 AM.

Burial follows at Lawn Croft Cemetery
