Paraskevoula "Vicky" Fotiades 92 of Glen Mills, died on October 11, 2022.

Born in Pentavrisos, Greece to the late Theoharis and Anatoli Parashouglou Stavropoulos and lived in Eddystone before moving to her late residence in 1981.

Along with her late husband, she was co-founder of Vicki's Cold Cuts in Eddystone.

Vicky was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church, the Daughter's of Penelope and the Philoptochos Society for over 50 years.
She received an Honorary Diploma from the Ridley School District for which she was very proud.

Prior to opening Vicki's, she was a professional seamstress for many years.

Vicky had a "green thumb" and enjoyed gardening. She was very artistic, enjoyed drawing, including family portraits. She also enjoyed writing her memoirs, keeping a daily journal, embroidery, needlepoint, knitting and crocheting. Most important to her was her family, her faith and her Greek Heritage.

Vicky was the wife of the late Pete Fotiades, her husband of 54 years, who died in 2007 and Yiayia of the late James Pete Alexander; and sister of the late Hrakles Stavropoulos and Eugenia Baldberanos.

She was mother of Despo Fotiades Tatasciore (Martin), Speroula "Roula" Fotiades-Alexander (Jim) and George Fotiades; sister to George Stavropoulos and Gerasimos Stavropoulos (Anna); Yiayia to Tara Anatoli Gaeta (Matt), Despina Paraskevoula Tatasciore-Morroni (Anthony), Josephine Violet Tatasciore and Morgan Paraskevoula Fotiades; big Yiayia to Joseph Martin Chambers, Alethea George Morroni and Julian Michael Walsh.

Funeral Service 11:00AM Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Road, Media, PA 19063 where relatives and friends may call 6:00 to 8:00PM on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 and Wednesday after 10:00AM. Burial Edgewood Memorial Park.
