Nicholas DeAngelis 98, of Havertown, died September 2, 2011 at St. Martha's Manor in Downingtown.

Born in Philadelphia, he has lived in Havertown for over 55 years. Mr. DeAngelis was a photo-engraver, retiring in 1990.

He was a member and active volunteer at St. Dorothy's R.C. Church. Mr. DeAngelis enjoyed woodworking and was devoted to his family.

He was husband of the late Assunta Lista DeAngelis, who died in 1991, son of the late Giuseppi and Anna DiFrancesca DeAngelis and he also was the last of eight children.

Survivors: his children; Susanne Kergides-Stamos, Nicholas DeAngelis (Josephine) and Thomas DeAngelis (Barbara), also nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at St. Dorothy's R.C. Church, Burmont and Township Line Roads, Drexel Hill where friends may call 9:30 to 10:45AM. Burial SS.
