Nicandro J. "Nick" Matteo 65 of Newark, DE, formerly of Philadelphia, died on September 8, 2016.
Nick was the son of the late Rocco D. Matteo and stepfather of the late John Caserta.
He is survived his wife, Anita Gulla Matteo; his mother Antoinette Caranci Matteo; brothers, Rocco D. Matteo, Jr., Dr. Anthony J. Matteo, M.D. and Marc Matteo; his stepchildren, Mark Caserta, Anthony Caserta, Anita Comero and Lisa Farren; also 26 grandchildren.
Funeral Mass 11:00AM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA.
Visitation 7:00 to 9:00PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 and from 9:15 to 10:15AM on Tuesday at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park, PA.
Burial SS. Peter and Paul Cemtery.
