Morgan C. "Dusty" Moore, 69, of Swarthmore died June 13, 2016 at the Belvedere Nursing Home. Born in Seattle, WA, he was the son of the late Floyd and Virginia Morgan Churchill and resided in Colorado before moving to his late residence seven years ago.
Dusty was a graduate of Hendersonville High School, class of 1965. He earned a BA in International Business from the University of North Carolina, class of 1970 and was employed in sales at General Electric. Dusty was a history buff and enjoyed football and traveling, but most important was his family. He dearly loved his wife, Peggy, and their many friends throughout the years.
Dusty was predeceased by his wife of 20 years, Margaret "Peggy" Milroy Moore who died Oct. 29, 1994.
Survivors: father to Alexander P.T. Moore (Courtney) and Adam W. Moore (Natalie); brother to Floyd "Chip" Churchill, Candy Dillard, Thomas Moore and Allison Moore; and grandfather to Addison Moore, Deklan Moore and Julia M. Moore.
Funeral Service: 12:30 PM Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville
